Supported Personas

DressMeApp supports distinct user personas, each with clearly defined permissions and workflows.

Tailor (Admin)

• Role: Owner or administrator of the tailoring company within DMA.
• Capabilities: Full control over company settings, pricing, manufacturers, agents, orders, and workflows.
• Payments: Connects the company Stripe account and manages automated revenue splits (tailor share, DMA fees, agent commissions).

Salaried Agent

• Role: Internal sales employee invited and managed by the Tailor.
• Capabilities: Creates and manages personal orders and customer profiles.
• Restrictions: No access to company-wide settings, manufacturers, or master pricing.
• Payments: Uses the Tailor’s Stripe setup; does not receive funds directly.

Freelance Agent

• Role: Independent sales partner operating under a mini-company model.
• Capabilities: Manages own customers and sales while relying on the Tailor for manufacturing.
• Payments: Collects payments via their own Stripe account.
• Privacy: Strict isolation — access limited to their own customers and orders.

End Customer

• Role: Purchaser of bespoke garments.
• Access: No account or login required.
• Interaction: Receives secure email links for order summaries, 3D visualizations, payments, and status updates.
